Annullationsbestimmungen<\/h6>

Cancellations must generally be made in writing
Up to 28 days before arrival, Zimmer- cancellations are free of charge. Decisive are our cancellation conditions in our written confirmations and \/ or the conditions according to your online- booking
For cancellations up to 10 days before arrival, we charge 30% of the room costs
For cancellations up to 5 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the room costs, then 100%. The prerequisite is that we cannot rent the room to anyone else.
An early departure and \/ or later arrival will be treated as a "no show" and charged, unless the booking data is changed in writing 15 days in advance
We recommend that you take out a cancellation TPM insurance with ELVIA. This must be completed \u2013 to be valid \u2013 within 8 days of the reservation confirmation.
